These alabaster products are handmade in Egypt, please avoid water.
We recommend to use a LED candle light, as it is safer and will not damage the alabaster. If you choose to use a wax candle we recommend to apply a small layer of sand at the bottom of the candle holder before placing and lighting the tea light. This will make sure the wax does not come in direct contact with the alabaster.
